Kacie is a graduate intern from Naropa University who takes a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and Gestalt-centered approach to therapy. She creates a compassionate and supportive space where clients can deepen self-awareness, strengthen the mind-body connection, and cultivate self-compassion. Kacie tailors her integrative approach to each individual’s needs, helping clients access their natural healing capacity and make authentic, meaningful choices.
She works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. With a background in early childhood education, Kacie is passionate about supporting individuals of all ages, identities, and abilities on their journey toward balance, connection, and greater ease in daily life.
