Steve Manthe

Steve is a graduate intern completing his M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. With a 25-year background in HR leadership, he brings a deep understanding of personal growth, relational dynamics, and professional development into his work with individuals, couples, and families. Steve uses an integrative, goal-oriented approach to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while identifying practical steps toward lasting change.

He is passionate about supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. Known for his honesty, empathy, and collaborative spirit, Steve creates a warm and welcoming space built on trust. Outside of the therapy room, he enjoys trail running and life with his wife of 22 years and their two children.
