Colby is a therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families to explore the deeper meaning behind emotional struggles and create lasting change. With a foundation of empathy, compassion, and unconditional positive regard, Colby helps clients gain insight into themselves while fostering personal growth and healing. He believes in a collaborative process where clients are viewed as the experts of their own lives.
Colby integrates Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Humanistic, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapies to support young adults and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity development, and men’s issues. He is passionate about helping clients break free from limiting patterns and build the tools needed to live a more empowered and fulfilling life.
Colby works out of both the Portland and Newberg locations. He is available for in-person and Telehealth sessions, including Saturdays!
