Liz Gregory, LMFT
THERAPIST & CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Liz is a Licensed Therapist and Clinical Supervisor who works with individuals from adolescence through adulthood. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, women’s issues including peri/menopause, and the mind-body connection. Drawing from training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems, child development, and body image work, Liz integrates evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect for each client’s unique story. Liz helps clients explore attachment patterns, strengthen communication, and build resilience so they can move toward more authentic, fulfilling lives. She also offers Prepare/Enrich, a structured program designed to help couples prepare for marriage and strengthen relationships.
In addition to her clinical work, Liz provides supervision for LMFT and LPC Associates, supporting their growth as skilled and compassionate clinicians.
Outside of her professional role, Liz is a wife and mother of two. She understands firsthand the joys and challenges of life’s transitions and considers it an honor to walk alongside clients in their own journeys.
